From the jump she took care of my wife and I on our journey looking for a new home. We were very eager to get out of our home we were in to find something more single family and permanent. Immediately she took all of our concerns into considerations. She went ABOVE and beyond and then some. She was very patient, caring and considerate beyond measure. And when she goes in, she goes ALL in for you. She has YOUR best interest at heart, its like she takes it on as her very own. She is on top of her game and gets stuff done when it needs to be done. There is not one complaint I have about working with her. We are currently almost 6 months into our new home and we are STILL riding out the joy and happiness as if its our first day moving in. If you need someone who goes above and beyond and truly listens to her clients, she's the go to girl. I couldn't imagine having anyone else in my corner.

She is reliable, professional, smart, courteous, prompt, very knowledgeable, and always up-to-speed on the new laws, procedures, databases, properties, etc., in order to complete a listing, sale, viewings, purchase and/or just review of any current market(s). She is able to differentiate future issues and current problems mindfully and incredibly quickly. She will list all the "might happens" before you even would have considered something being a potential roadblock. She maintains her professionalism, and keeps it "professional" even though we have been friends for years now. She is able to "change her hat" and go beyond what is expected of a Realtor. The most recent example is my Mother's passing. My family was grieving terribly and she was able to initiate the sale of the Estate, working with many members of my family. She was always diligent, compassionate and there for us at any time of the day or night. She exuded all facets of a PERFECT personality in my families situation and grieving process. We could not have survived the sale of our childhood home without Kim Best. I highly recommend her to anyone selling or purchasing a home, and definitely if you have an Estate sale that must be handled/completed. She is very experienced and talented in all areas of real estate and you will be amazed at her knowledge and skillset. We are lucky to have Kim Best as our Realtor.
